Financial Aid Forms

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
The FAFSA is used to apply for federal, state and some institutional financial aid funds. This is the official FAFSA website.
PIN Website
Apply for a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to electronically sign your FAFSA and federal loan paperwork. Dependent students will need one parent whose information is provided on the FAFSA to also apply for a PIN.
CSS Profile
Institutional financial aid form. Not all colleges use this form. Check with the college’s financial aid office to see if the institution uses the CSS Profile.

Scholarship Information

Research the college website for information about their scholarships. Be on the look-out for early deadlines. High school seniors can inquire with their guidance counselor or LEAF Advisor to find out about scholarship opportunities at his/her school. Investigate early in the early months of your senior year and regularly during the remainder of the year.
