High school graduates in Ohio with preferred career undergraduate majors in Engineering, Physical Science, Biological Science, Medicine, Health Careers, Religion, Teaching and Social Work are eligible to apply.

The Ratner, Miller, Shafran Foundation desires to help needy students who have maintained a good scholastic record to continue their education at the college level. This is not a program to aid those with the highest scholastic record, nor those from families of average income or better.
