Requirements
Applicant must be a graduating senior from Madison High School involved in athletics or other school related, extra-curricular activities and who has a minimum grade point average of 3.0.

Selection Based On
The final determination for the award will be based on an interview with the scholarship committee. Financial need will be factored. Award will be disbursed following completion of the first quarter/semester of the freshman year in college when proof of grades is submitted.
