Open to U. S. resident who has completed at least one year of undergraduate study at an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university, has a minimum 2.5 grade point average, has declared education as their major and who will enroll full-time as an accredited 4-year college or university in the fall of 2011.

A U. S. resident who is a current part-time or full-time teacher at a public or private elementary, secondary or post secondary school who is pursuing a master's degree in education and who will be enrolled full or part time at an accredited university during the 2011-2012 school year for that purpose. Teachers enrolled for on-going or license recertification classes are not eligible.
